RC HOBBIES endeavours to have all item or items listed in stock, however in some circumstances beyond our control product might have to be ordered in and there can be some delay in processing orders.

If there is any item on back order from the australian distributors only item in stock will be shipped to customers and back order items wont be charged.

If you require the back order items, please re order at a later date.

Price Matching

Conditions for price matching are as follows:

- Advertised price must be from store in Australia..

- Item must be in stock with competitor.

- Must have a store front in Australia.

Pricing

All prices shown on the rchobbies.com.au Web site are in Australian Dollars (AUD), are subject to change without notice and include the Goods & Services Tax (GST). We are an Australian Tax Registered Business (ABN 93 544 609 472) and we provide a tax invoice with all goods sold. The shopping cart and checkout process will display the amount of GST customers are charged and the total (inc GST) price.

All our prices are inclusive of GST which currently is at a rate of 10%. To find the amount of GST you are paying simply divide the total amount by 11.

You will receive a tax invoice from us with your delivery.

Prices change from time to time; we do endeavour to be as accurate as possible and we will contact you if a price has changed significantly from our published price when you place your order.

Please include your name, email address and order number on the back of the cheque. This form of payment will take the longest to process, in most cases up to two working days after receiving the payment.

Please include your name and order number as a reference if making an electronic or net banking transfer. Please note that some electronic transfers can take up to two working days to process which may delay your order.

Physically visiting your nearest WESTPAC Branch and depositing the funds into our account is the quickest method of payment as funds clear immediately. Keep this in mind if you require prompt delivery.

Credit Card

We gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD , AMERICAN EXPRESS and BANKCARD as credit card payments. We will advise our customers as we expand our credit options. Credit card payments are not charged upon checkout. We process all credit card payments offline to ensure correct charges are made, including adjustments for shipping.

We may in some cases request verification of identity when credit cards are used as a payment method. This may include a copy of both sides of your credit card (middle eight digits removed) and a copy of both sides of your current drivers licence or passport. We may also verify the order by phone.

We do not include a surcharge on credit card purchases with RC HOBBIES.

Shipping

RC HOBBIES sends packages via accredited and nationally recognised carriers Australian Post (Australian Air Express) & Couriers Please. We DONT accept COD. We do not deliver to PO BOX numbers.

At this present time we only accept international orders if your payment is made via Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit. If you are an international customer please email us and wait to be contacted with an exact charge for shipping and total order cost. International customers are accountable for any import taxes they may be required to pay upon receiving goods.
